Very brief (pun-intended) update on Memjet vs. HP vs. Memjet

The U.S. Magistrate (judge) overseeing this case held an Early Neutral Evaluation (ENE) conference, attended by all parties, on November 24th; the purpose of that conference to determine, through informal discussions, if the case could be settled without resorting to trial.  As it was put in the minutes I read, “case did not settle.”

Subsequent documents indicate that the case is now entering the discovery process.
