comments a survey participant made:
“Digital document control software at all stages has streamlined work. For example in pre-construction 20 years ago we printed tons of paper plan sets and distributed to subcontractors at great expense. Ten years ago we burned CDs and sent those to subs. Now we have an online plan room and nearly everyone downloads drawings, estimates on screen with software.”
