I was a bit disappointed to see Q1 2012 sales below Q1 2011 sales. Evidently, A/E/C reprographics isn't yet in recovery mode. My expectations (or, should I say "outlook" for the rest of 2012 is that the reprographics industry (and ARC) will see at least some recovery later this year.
