Description:

The objective of this procurement is to establish an open agency contract for the lease services of digital plotters and scanners, associated software, peripherals, supplies, and miscellaneous accessories. The lease services shall include all maintenance, service calls, repairs, parts (including drums), technical assistance, licensing fees, and perishable items. Additionally, lease services may include an option for paper and printing services (print room).
