As regards visitors from the United States, we have not yet had visitors from two states; West Virginia and South Dakota. (If you have a reprographer-friend in those states, please e-mail them to tell them about this blog, as I’d like to fill-out the U.S. map.)
Visitor traffic to the blog has been on the increase (substantially), since mid-2010. I think that’s because the number of articles has been on the increase since then.
Note that this blog has, by now, been visited by people from 62 different countries (with the exception that one country is named “not set”, and perhaps that’s a country whose name is continuously changing?) I’m actually quite amused that visitors have been visited from that many (62) different countries. How in the world did they find this blog?! None of the other reprographics-industry-bloggers mention “Reprographics 101” on their blog-sites. None of the Reprographics Industry associations (or organizations) mention “Reprographics 101” on their web-sites or blog-sites. That means that this blog-site is not promoted or named by others, and, therefore, it is not easy to attract visitors to this blog-site. Most of the “promotion” (if you would call it that), has been limited to me e-mailing people I know to let them know about “Reprographics 101”, and I did hand out a few business cards at the last IRGA Convention.
As to visitors from countries other than the U.S., I worked for 2+ years, part-time, in Eastern/Central Europe, after retiring from NGI (FL and GA), and, during my time working in Europe, I had the opportunity to get to know reprographers (and vendors to reprographers) who own, or who are with, reprographics companies in Europe. And, some of those I met have referred their industry friends to “Reprographics 101.” For example, I actually know reprographers in Sweden, Azerbaijan, Dubai, France, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland and lots of other countries.
Okay, here are the statistics for “Reprographics 101”, cumulative from the beginning of the blog until now (with the exception of the time tracking was turned off):
