Bids were opened on November 22^nd, 2011.

When you see the bid tally sheet, you will notice that bids are not shown for several of the vendors listed on the left side of the bid tally sheet. (Note that the bid tally sheet is more than just one page, so scroll down.) I guess that’s because those vendors decided not to submit bids. I could be wrong about that; this bid tally sheet might have been a “preliminary” bid tally sheet. You’ll notice that some of the bid information is “subject to review.”
