Very wide range of bids for a past New York Port Authority Bid

These bid results are from a bid-opening in September 2009. I stumbled across this information while I was doing bid and RFP research.

The only reason why I’m sharing these bid results on my blog is because there was an unusually wide range of bids, $ amount-wise.

I have to say, what was IKON thinking?
