Today, ARC issued a press release that said ARC will release its full year 2011 results on Feb 21st.

WALNUT CREEK, CA, Jan 19, 2012 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) --ARC (NYSE: ARC) today announced that it will hold a conference call with investors and analysts on Tuesday, February 21, 2012, at 2 P.M. Pacific Time (5 P.M. Eastern Time) to discuss results for the Company's fourth quarter and full year 2011.

A news release announcing the fourth quarter and full year 2011 results will be disseminated on February 21, 2012 after the market close.

· ½ of your prize will be donated, directly by me in your name, to your favorite charity. (No “religious charities, please!)

· The other ½ of your prize will be in the form of a check, issued by me to you.

Contest Entry Deadline: February 7th, 2012, 5:00 p.m. East Coast time.

How to Enter Contest: If you want to participate in this Contest, you must e-mail me (at joel.salus@mac.com) with your guess at ARC’s Year 2011 total Sales Revenues no later than 5:00 pm on February 7th, 2012. Only one guess (only one entry) per participant!

How Contest Winner Will Be Determined: The person who comes closest to ARC’s actual Year 2011 total Sales Revenues will be the Contest Winner. The Winner will be determined when ARC announces its Year 2011 Sales. We expect that announcement to come on February 21st. I will announce the contest winner – on the blog - shortly after results have been released.

Eligibility for this Contest: Only persons who are, or who were, actively employed in the reprographics industry (reprographers and vendors included) are eligible for this contest. (In other words, retired reprographers may enter the contest.)

Not Eligible for this Contest: Employees of ARC (this includes employees, officers and directors of ARC) are not eligible.

In case there’s a tie: In the event that two or more contest entrants guess the same sales revenue number that ends up being the winning contest entry, the first person who e-mailed me his/her guess will be the winner of the contest. So, get your guesses to me as soon as possible.
